All plans are billed in USD by Stripe and your statement shows LONCAR RUGS. Membership is a recurring subscription, not a credit balance: benefits apply while the plan is active and do not carry over. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal link in your renewal email or by writing to support@loncarsol.shop. See the Terms of Service and Returns & Refund Policy.

Contact support- Do I need a membership to buy a rug?
- No. Every set on the site is a straightforward one-time purchase in USD, and See-in-Room is free without an account. Membership only makes sense if you are furnishing more than one room or buying repeatedly.
- What happens if I cancel?
- Your benefits run to the end of the period you have already paid for, then stop. We do not refund unused time on a cancelled period. Anything you bought at a member price is yours to keep.
- Is this credit towards rugs?
- No. Membership is not a credit balance, a points scheme or a stored-value account. Nothing accrues and nothing carries over. It is a set of benefits that are active while the plan is active.
- Who is Studio for?
- Stylists, property staging teams and small studios placing repeat orders. It adds trade volume pricing, the loan swatch library and priority production scheduling on top of every Home+ benefit.
- How does the 60-day at-home trial work?
- On Home+ and Studio, you have 60 days rather than 30 to return a set, and return shipping is covered. The set still has to come back unused and in its original wrap.

Studio covers stylists, staging teams and small practices: trade volume pricing, a loan swatch library you can put in front of a client, dedicated order support and priority production scheduling. For larger or recurring volume, talk to us about a trade account instead.
