loncarsol.shop is operated by LONDON CARPET SOLUTIONS LTD, trading as Loncar, a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 852 Green Lanes Winchmore Hill, N21 2RS, United Kingdom.

By placing an order or using this site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not order. Contact: support@loncarsol.shop or +44 7804880779.

You must be at least 13 years old to use this site. It is not intended for children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

If you are 13 to 17, you need a parent or guardian's consent before you contact us, place an order or start a membership, and your guardian takes responsibility for that order and its payment.

To place an order yourself you must be 18 or over and legally able to enter a contract. By ordering you confirm that you are. If we learn an order was placed by a minor without consent, we may cancel and refund it.

We sell physical floor coverings: rugs, multi-piece room bundles, runners, rug pads and care accessories, shipped to you as finished goods.

To be clear about the boundary:

• We are not an interior design practice and do not provide design services.
• We do not fit, lay, install, or remove flooring, and do not provide any on-site trade service.
• We do not carry out in-home measuring or surveys. Measuring your room is your responsibility.
• We make no fire-resistance, flammability, anti-allergy, hypoallergenic, antimicrobial, medical or health claims for any set. Where a set carries a genuine certification we state it on the specification page and nowhere else.

Specifications, sizes, weaves and pile heights are stated on each set's page. Woven rugs are finished by hand and may vary from the stated dimension by up to roughly two percent. Colour and texture vary between production batches; that is a property of natural fibre, not a defect.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract forms when we send the dispatch confirmation, not when you pay — payment alone does not bind us to supply.

We may decline or cancel an order, and refund you in full, where:

• The set is out of stock or a production run cannot be met;
• A price or description was obviously wrong;
• We cannot ship to your address, or the address cannot be verified;
• Payment is declined, reversed, or flagged as fraudulent;
• We reasonably suspect the order breaches these terms or the Acceptable Use policy.

If we cancel, you get a full refund. We will not hold your money against an order we cannot fulfil.

All prices are in USD. Shipping is a flat $24 per order and is shown separately before you pay. Import duties and taxes are settled by the recipient — see the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

Card payments are processed by Stripe on its hosted checkout page. We never receive or store your full card number. Your statement will show LONCAR RUGS.

We may change prices at any time, but never for an order already placed. If your bank converts the charge, the rate and any fees are between you and your bank.

Loncar Home+ and Loncar Studio are recurring subscriptions billed monthly or annually in USD until cancelled. Loncar Free requires no payment.

A membership is not stored credit, a points scheme or a prepaid balance. Nothing accrues, nothing carries over, and there is nothing to redeem. It is a set of benefits that are live while the plan is live.

Renewal is automatic at the start of each period. You may cancel at any time; benefits continue to the end of the period you have paid for and then stop, and unused time is not refunded. Cancellation terms are set out in full in the Returns & Refund Policy.

We may change plan pricing or benefits with at least 30 days' notice by email before the change takes effect on your plan.

The See-in-Room tool is provided free, as an aid to judging scale and composition. It is not a guarantee of the finished product.

Preview is an AI approximation. Actual colour, scale and texture may vary. Screens, room lighting and the weave itself all move the colour. Full terms are in the See-in-Room Preview Disclaimer, and rules on the photographs you use are in the Acceptable Use policy.

The Loncar name, the site, its text, photography, designs and rug patterns belong to LONDON CARPET SOLUTIONS LTD or its licensors. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written permission.

You may keep and share previews you generate for your own personal, non-commercial use, such as showing a partner or a decorator what you are considering.

Photographs you send us stay yours. You grant us permission to use them only to answer your enquiry or process your return.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected by anything written here.

Subject to that, our total liability for any claim connected to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, or for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control — including carrier failure, customs action, extreme weather or industrial action.

The site is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we may change or withdraw any part of it.

You are responsible for laying a rug safely: use the pad supplied, keep edges flat, and do not place a rug where it creates a trip hazard on a stair or a threshold.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. If you are a consumer resident elsewhere, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protection in your own country of residence, and may bring proceedings there.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one published here when you place your order, and the date is shown in the ledger on this page. If a clause is found unenforceable, the rest stands.
